Thanks to everyone for a great January meeting. We had a great time dressing up in fabulous Silpada jewelry thanks to our generous sponsor & Silpada Designs rep (and Gleannloch resident) Lissa Ward. We'd also like to thank our keynote speaker (and Gleannloch resident) Carmalyn McCracken who gave us great advice on how to live a more fulfilling life. She was an enthusiastic speaker, her talk was informative, and her excitement was contagious. She used great stories and humor to challenge us all to improve our lives and discover more joy. Check out her website at www.yougotjoy.com.

The February meeting will be our most informative meeting this year.  We will  have our local constable there to talk about recent problems in the neighborhood and how we can protect ourselves, families and homes. We will also have a representative from a security company there to talk about different kinds of security systems (whether you want to know what basic system to have or learn about the latest in high tech systems). Lastly we'll have our own Josh Arcemont (owner of Hero Martial Arts) there to show us ladies how to defend ourselves if we are attacked. Although we have a meeting filled with great information, we will also be having lots of fun too with our Mardi Gras party theme. So please join us for some great information, good fun... and maybe a hurricane or some King's Cake.

Ladies Luncheon
January 24th - 11:45 am at Mia Bella Trattoria in Vintage Park (dutch treat). Please feel free to bring a non-member guest from the community. No club business will be held - this is just a casual, get to know eachother luncheon. Looking forward to great conversation with the wonderful ladies of Gleannloch Farms. Brix - Red Thursday

 February 10th - Santikos Silverado at noon (movie to be announced at the general meeting on the 8th).

Merlot 2 Masterpiece
February 29th - 6:30 pm. Get ready for a fabulous, fun night out with friends at Merlot 2 Masterpiece on the corner of Cypresswood and Stuebner -Airline. They will provide paint, canvas, brushes and everything we will need for our paint party. Bring your favorite eats and a bottle of wine or refreshment of choice.
